If you cancel your plan within 30 days of your 1st training session you will receive a 100% refund of your total payment less any import fees. If you choose to cancel your plan you will never be charged again. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle. No. SE is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. SE is a month to month subscription. If you choose to cancel, email us at help@showroomexchange.com and you'll be billed for the current billing cycle, but you will never be charged again.
Yes. SE offers a variety of features, a majority of which are included at no additional charge. However there are additional fees for optional features such as visual order management/order-scanning (starting at $75/mo for 1000 orders, can add more in increments), seasons ($30/mo), invoice import module ($60/mo), order import module ($60/mo), and services such as supplemental training, consultations (remote $135/hr, on-site/westcoast-only $250/hr).
Yes, it's $650 and one-time only.
Yes. It's optional and starts at $350. If you have existing data, we can review it and provide an estimate. We have successfully completed migrations from man res, reptech, vogue rep, excel and file maker. Joor, NuOrder and Brandboom import modules are available at $60/mo each.
Yes. We welcome feature suggestions. If a suggestion is not on our road-map, we can provide a custom quotation.
